All our styles work well, however, options that have sleeves work best. The more coverage you have, the easier it is to move. Coverage of the hips, upper body, and shoulders including the upper arms will provide the best experience for reducing friction and increasing the ease of mobility. At a minimum, shorts can work quite well on their own. We do however recommend combining the shorts with wearing the coordinating shirt. Remember, the shirt won’t twist, ride-up or bunch like regular sleepwear. The restriction of clothing sticking to the sheet is likely why some people sleep nude – to avoid the restricting and aggravating nature of regular bed clothes and sheets.
